Website Replatform Request for Information (RFI) from Crystal Coast TDA, Morehead City, North Carolina

2.23.2026 The Crystal Coast Tourism Development Authority (CCTDA) is seeking information from vendors who provide robust, scalable content management systems and digital experience solutions. While tourism and destination marketing experience is preferred, respondents may also demonstrate relevant experience with municipalities, cities, regions, or comparable public-facing organizations. This RFI will help CCTDA better understand available solutions and inform the development of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). CCTDA is exploring platform options beyond destination-specific legacy systems to support greater flexibility, performance, and long-term sustainability; this initiative is intended to inform a broader platform transition, not simply a like-for-like CMS replacement. How to Apply: Questions should be submitted via email to Karen Gould (karen@crystalcoastnc.org) by COB Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Responses to substantive questions will be provided to all respondents by COB Thursday, March 5, 2026. Final responses to this RFI should be submitted in PDF format to the same contact no later than COB Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
