Travel Media Marketplace connects travel editors, writers and creators with story ideas and experiences to generate awareness of and travel to destinations.

Location/Lodging

Travel Media Marketplace will be held at Hilton Atlanta Northeast – Peachtree Corners, GA. Your accommodations are provided by Southeast Tourism Society.

Important Dates:

Monday, February 24 – Marketplace Appointment Matching begins
Monday, March 3 – Marketplace Appointment Matching ends

Event Registration:

Tuesday, March 18- 3:00pm to 4:30pm (for Tuesday morning arrivals)
Wednesday, March 19- 8:00 am to 9:00 am AND 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm

Appointment Matching

Travel Media Marketplace is an appointment-based event featuring 10-minute meetings, with a two-minute transition period between each. Appointment Matching is done via MixerSeater. To match your best focus, please select up to 3 or 4 areas of interest.

On the first day, you will be scheduled with up to 17 appointments, and up to 25 on the second day.

City Tours

City tours are being offered compliments of Explore Gwinnett. If you’re interested in joining a tour, please email Jennifer Nowicki, Pineapple Public Relations.

6:00 pm Dinner on your own - Explore Gwinnett will provide transportation to The Forum Peachtree Corners for attendees interested in going there for dinner. Media who have checked in by 4:30 p.m. will receive a gift card to offset dinner costs and are welcome to use the Explore Gwinnett shuttle.
