If you’re attending the Sales, Marketing & PR Forum + Travel Media Marketplace, registration will be on:
Monday, March 17 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, March 18 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am Wednesday, March 19 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Your badge will be for both events.

Appointment Matching
Travel Media Marketplace is an appointment-based event featuring 10-minute meetings, with a two-minute transition period
between each meeting.
Appointment Matching opens on February 24 at 8:00 a.m. via the MixerSeater platform and will close on Monday, March 3 at 5:00 p.m.
Media and destinations will be paired according to the interests specified in MixerSeater.
On the first day, you can have up to 17 appointments, while the second day allows for a maximum of 25.
A more detailed appointment schedule will be available after Monday, March 3.
Media Marketplace Exhibits
All events are business casual.
Complimentary internet access is available.
Your booth will include a draped 6’ table, chairs, and signage.
Please bring your devices charged.
You are encouraged to bring profile sheets and plenty of business cards to use during your appointments. A presentation binder or laptop/tablet with sample itineraries, brochures, photography, and more details about your destination is also a great tool to use during your appointments.
You are allowed to bring giveaway items and tabletop décor. Floor banners and back-drops are STRONGLY PROHIBITED.
