I need one minute of your time 

 

Southeast Tourism Society strongly endorses the Travel Promotion Act of 2007 (H.R. 3232/S.1661).  Currently, there are close to 100 members of Congress who have supported this piece of legislation and over 25 Senators who have done the same. 

 

However, we need to increase these numbers significantly to move this legislation forward.  We are at a critical juncture with this Act in terms of visibility and time and need the support of every possible Congress person and Senator;  I am positive  you join us in stating that funds are needed to properly promote the message that tourism is vital to our nation’s economy.  That is what I am enlisting your help. 

 

Please remember that you DO make a difference. We encourage you to  use this letter  to expedite your communication with D.C. To find your member of Congress, simply go to  http://www.house.gov/writerep/  or  http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm  for your Senator.  Let him/her know of the importance of the legislation and ask him/her to sign on as a co‐sponsor of the Act.
