R2: Responsible for Results

We as STS members depend on others  (boards, communities, shareholders, employers) for funding, information, cooperation and support, and we owe them a return on their investment in us.  We’re accountable to them. STS’s own strategic plan points to accountability as a key factor for success: “Organizations must prove value continuously.”

STS has a responsibility here—to champion marketing efficiency and accountability for all members.

In a few days, you will be asked to answer a very brief questionnaire. Consider it an act of accountability to your fellow STS members, because your feedback will help us tailor programs that will help you be accountable to your various stakeholders.

“R2: Responsible for Results” will be a regular feature in the monthly STS E-Flash.  It will combine the best practices, discoveries and insights of STS members with guidance from industry experts, all with the goal of making accountability a hallmark of each STS member’s work ethic.
