"Am I Meeting My Goals? A Study in Accountability"

Wednesday, August 12 at 10:00 AM EDT

If a goal of a DMO is to assist in the generation of a visit, we must consider activities to assist a potential visitor to convert to an actual one. This can best be described as an ongoing, continuously flexible process and not just the measurement of one single step. Conversion is a process, the movement from a particular set of attitudes, opinions, actions or inaction that transforms the neutral prospect into a visitor. Jack Yager, SMITH, hosts this free hour session. Register.
